Equipment, Utensils, Linens and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles stored in a clean, dry location; where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. PIC moved bucket off the ground at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
