Observed significant dried food residue on food contact surface of table-mounted can opener. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Person in charge (PIC) was unsure on when can opener was last used and cleaned. PIC moved can opener piece to 3-compartment sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
