2ND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION Observed a waste bag inside of the handwashing sink, being used to collect waste. The bag was removed from the sink in order to access the sink for hand washing. PIC will retrain employees to maintain the handwashing sink accessible for hand washing at all times. Handwashing sinks must be maintained so accessible at all times, not used for other purposes than hand washing, and supplied with warm water, soap and paper towels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed soiled dishes, utensils, and cups in the handwashing sink for the Memory Care kitchen. The soiled dishes were removed to provide access to handwashing. PIC will retrain employees to place soiled dishes in a bus bin to ensure access to the handwashing sink is continually available. Handwashing sinks must be maintained so accessible at all times, not used for other purposes than hand washing, and supplied with warm water, soap and paper towels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
