Continued from OC. 6-501.12 - Core: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Addl Notes: Observed build-up occurring in the floor drains, and on the shelving and condenser fan in the walk-in cooler. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Discussed drain cleaning schedule. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-201.11 - Core: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability Addl Notes: Refinish the wall and wall corners near the mop sink to provide a smooth, durable, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable finish. Recommend corner guards around the mop sink. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Continued from OC.
