Observed handwashing sink in the restroom not draining. This restroom is the only restroom in the establishment and it's designated as employee-only due to its location near the walk-in cooler. Informed person in charge (PIC) that handwashing sinks must be maintained in good repair to encourage proper handwashing. Please fix prior to re-inspection (09/04/26). Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection (09/04/26).

Observed establishment use quat sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink and sanitizer buckets, but no quat test strips were available at time of inspection. Test strips present in the establishment were: 1) Antimicrobial veggie wash test strips 2) Sink & surface cleaner test strips Establishment does not utilize or possess sink & surface cleaner at time of this inspection. Informed person in charge (PIC) that test strips are required for any sanitizer used with food contact surfaces. PIC ordered test strips at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection (09/04/26).
