Observed trays of raw chicken being stored above and on top of trays of raw beef, and raw salmon. Raw salmon was moved to top shelf at time, and chicken to bottom shelf. Please ensure raw animal products are stored safely and in a way that cannot contaminate other raw products which require lower minimum cooking temperatures. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
