PIC states these are added to any drink upon request. Any substance(s) added to food must be GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) and/or used consistent with all legal requirements. The permit holder is responsible for ensuring that their menu items comply. Education was provided on the addition of food additives and dietary supplements during the inspection. Observed opened deli turkey having date marking of 12/27-12/29/2025. Also observed cooked eggs and chicken with no date marking. Person in charge states the eggs and the chicken were cooked 1-2 days prior to the inspection and date marked them appropriately at the time of inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Establishment uses Quaternary Ammonia as a sanitizer but did not have test strips to test the concentration. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Please provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. Reinspection will be conducted within 10 days. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
