Inspector's notes
Observed boba with an internal temperature of 70F sitting out at room temperature near the blender. Per PIC, the boba is under a time as a control policy. No time sticker or policy was observed at time of inspection. All TCS foods being held under time as a control were properly time stamped at time of inspection. Time as a Public Health Control requires written procedures detailing process for Time as a Public Health Control and time-stamping for items actively held under Time as a Public Health Control. Must provide written time as a control procedures prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 9/25/2026.

No County legal action will result from this inspection.Establishment is receiving ROP products (cooked chicken, beef, pho broth) from another location that is owned by the same owner as this location. After speaking with the general manager, and some research it was found out that currently the permit involved (FD2501509); where the ROP product is coming from, is pending approval for a variance regarding ROP.
Inspector's notes
Observed sanitizer at the 3 compartment with a concentration of 0ppm for chlorine. PIC added more chlorine to the 3 compartment sink to the proper concentration at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Chlorine must have a concentration between 50-100 ppm for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

PIC explained it was broth for their pho. Also observed ROP packaged cooked chicken. Had PIC, discontinue use of the broth, and cooked chicken until it could be determined where it came from.
