Observed sliced tomatoes and cooked burger patties stored in the top of the reach-in cooler with an internal temperatures of 47-51*F when measured with a probe thermometer. According to person in charge, these items had been in the cooler since the day before. All TCS (time and temperature controlled for safety) food must maintain internal temperatures of 41*F and below. Items were discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
