Observed raw meat stored in a garbage bag, stored in a large container, in the walk-in cooler. Use of non-food grade bags (including to-go bags and trash bags) are not approved for storage of open food items to prevent migration of deleterious substances. The PIC will remove and discontinue use of the garbage bags. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
