Observed 0 ppm Quat sanitizer in 3 buckets with towels near the drive thru window. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Discussed changing sanitizer every two hours. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
