Observed employee wtouching cash money from customers, then proceeding to preparing pizza at the prep fridge without washing hands. Observed employee with gloves on that washed hands only in the restroom, and not in the kitchen. Talked to manager about handwashing, and employee immediately washed their hands. Ensure that handwashing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. If using the restrooms, washing hands in the restroom and when re-entering the kitchen is needed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
