Observed grilled red bell peppers in the walk in refrigerator with date mark 9/7. All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Mop sink is equipped with a faucet that has an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) device, wall mounted chemical dispenser was installed to faucet via hose with the system under full pressure. Hose was removed at time. Please ensure faucet with AVB devices do not have any equipment installed which will stop flow of water or submit AVB to constant pressure and abuse. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
