Observed the paper towel dispenser located directly above the clean knife block leaving it exposed to be dripped on. Instructed establishment to move the knife block to a safer location or, to move the paper towel dispenser to a different location so that wet hands don't drip onto the knives. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
