Per assistant manager, both they and the kitchen manager are signed up for Food Protection Manager Certification class scheduled for next week. Will follow up at next routine inspection. Discussed the following topics with the manager: 1) Maintaining all hand sinks stocked with soap and paper towels 2) Employee illness policy 3) Cleaning up vomit/fecal matter.
