Observed a box of chicken and boxes of vegetables on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Person in charge (PIC) lifted the boxes to the shelf at time of inspection. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The hand sink near the ice machine is loose from the wall and has slight water pressure issues. The hand sink near the prep sink has a small leak. The person in charge (PIC) is already working with a plumber for repairs to the hand sinks. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
