Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that pest control can only be applied by a certified pest control specialist and cannot be stored onsite. PIC threw the spray in the dumpster. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Advised PIC to remove if not necessary for the operation of the business. Observed chaffing pans the PIC stated are used for catered food provided from a home. Advised PIC to ensure foods are from approved caterers with staff from the caterer remaining onsite to serve food for the entire duration of service. Advised PIC that Cottage Foods must adhere to the guidelines and rules mandated by AZDHS.The facility is not approved to utilize any fresh, unwashed produced items due to no prep sink installed.
