The inspector has also made attempts to contact you by phone and/or email to determine when and where the Mobile Food Establishment will be in operation so they may conduct an inspection. At this time, you have failed to return their phone calls or respond to their emails and have not allowed them access to inspect fully yourMobile Food Establishment.Please be advised that Chapter I of the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code states:REGULATION 3. Responsibilities – Right of Inspectionb. No person shall refuse to allow the Department to inspect fully any and all premises or facilities at any reasonable time, and no person shall molest or resist the Department in the discharge of its duties whether in inspections for application approval or for the enforcement of this Environmental Health Code.REGULATION 7.
