Sanitizer bucket using quaternary ammonium with cloth below 150 PPM. Sanitizing solution shall be at proper concentration (150-400 PPM) in all sanitizer buckets. Person in Charge checked all buckets and changed out the necessary buckets at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
