Inspector's notes
at the time of inspection, hand washing sink not working. no water flow. manager attempted to service the sink/faucet. per manager faulty switch. event coordinator provided 5 gallons filled with warm water. please repair the hand-washing sink operation. water must flow from cold and warm faucet, to ensure temperature at 100 deg f for the hand-washing sink is obtained and maintained. re-inspection scheduled for Monday 4-13-2026. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
