Observed a sanitizer bucket sitting in the hand washing sink. Per the operator, they had forgotten to remove the bucket after making the sanitizer solution. Discussed with operator that the hand washing sink must be kept in a condition that promote hand washing at all times. PIC relocated from the handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct at once.
