Observed shaved ice machine with small amount of organic matter scattered on the grinder. Instructed PIC to ensure all food handling equipment is clean to sight and touch after washing and sanitizing and prior to storage. PIC cleaned and sanitized grinder at time of inspection. Food-contact surfaces were properly sanitized at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
