Observed cold water in temporary handwash station. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Instructed PIC to add heated water to sink to bring temperature above 100°F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed no quaternary ammonium (Quat) sanitizer on site but did have quat strips. Per Person in Charge (PIC) hand sanitizer was going to be used for the three-compartment sink to sanitizer food contact utensils. Discussed with PIC to use quat or chlorine as a sanitizer for food contact surfaces. PIC was able to get quat from neighboring vendor to accommodate. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
