Conducted phone meeting with operator to discuss location & hours of operation. Per operator they have only worked 5 months this year; months of operation adjusted. Follow up email provided to conduct inspection based on the provided availability.

Operator was unavailable at time of the inspection. Contacted the operator via the phone number provided and was unable to get information about location and hours of operations and was unable to leave a voice message. An email was also sent out to the operator about their hours of operation on 8/9, and no response. Please contact the Department at 602.506.6824 to inform us of the days and times and location for which you will be in operation so that an inspection of the Mobile Food Establishment can be conducted. Or contact the office if you no longer own the unit.
