EHS contacted owner to discuss routine inspection number which will be prorated for operating months and days in Maricopa County. Permit has met required inspection for the year.

Discussed changes in operation. Mobile unit operates out of Coconino County May through October. While in Maricopa, they only participate in catered events. Owner approximates around 2 events each week. Mobile units are stored at 31st and Deer Valley when not in use.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection.No violations noted at time of inspection.Ok to renew permit.This Mobile Food Type II unit is limited to assemble-serve, heat-serve, and or hold-serve of commercially processed food/beverage items. No raw animal food shall be prepared for service from the unit.Mobile Food Type II and III units shall operate from a commissary or other fixed food service establishment and shall report at least daily to such location for all supplies and for cleaning and service operations.Mobile Food Type I-III establishments shall at all times remain vehicle mounted and readily movable.
