Discussed removing and monitoring procedures for pest control. 6-501.111 (C) - Priority Foundation: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence Addl Notes: Rodent droppings observed under dry storage shelving. Discussed maintaining regular cleaning schedule, monitoring taps and using licensed pest control services as required for food establishments. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
