However, if new equipment or plumbing fixtures are installed, removed, relocated a Minor Review may be required. -- Employee observed working food prep station with gloved hands, then they went to cash register to take order with gloves. After taking the customers order, they used the same gloves to grab donuts from display. The RTE food was given out to the customer before the inspector could intervene. Reviewed with the PIC glove usage limitations: gloves shall be used for only one task, such as cleaning or working with RTE food. Gloves must be discarded when damaged, contamination occurs, or when interruptions occur in the operation. The employee washed their hands and changed gloves prior to continuing tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
