Observed raw chicken in ice chest with ice packs to have an internal temperature of 52*F. Observed raw fish in fridge to have an internal temperature of 46*F. From arrival to the event to when the establishment will stop selling food is less than 4 hours. Discussed with person in charge about discarding all TCS items once the event is over. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
