No sanitizer or sanitizing solution was present on unit at time of inspection. Operator was able to retrieve sanitizer at time of inspection for use on truck. Food-contact surfaces must be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. Discussed the importance of sanitizer and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
