Observed almond milk 57*F, oat milk 57*F, whole milk 54*F, heavy whipping cream 58*F in cold table at the time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. PIC stated they checked the ambient temperatures of the unit at 6:45 am and temperatures were 41*F. PIC is operating till 10:30am and will use or discard the TCS food at that time. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Cold holding equipment must have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below. Must repair cold holding equipment such that it maintains TCS foods at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.
