Inspection was conducted at the Mobile Food Office.Notice of inspection rights were signed by Gloria S.Inspection report was printed and handed to operator at time of inspection.Please correct the following prior to the issuance of a permit:o Please provide a commissary agreement for the obtainment of fresh water and disposal of grey water. Current commissary agreement does not allow for these services.o Please provide a splash guard at the hand sink to prevent any contamination. Currently there is so splash guard at the hand sink.o Business name is missing from the rear of the unit. Please ensure business name is indicated on both sides and the rear of the unit. Business name shall by 3 inches high and 3/8 of an inch thick. Business name is currently on the two sides only. o Discussed with operator that TCS (time/temperature control for safety) foods shall not be stored in the glass front fridge. Per operator the fridge will only hold cupcakes and pastries.
