Saw mobile unit on 163rd Ave and W Planada Ln while looking for another unit. Spoke with operator through a translator on operator's phone. Asked person on phone to ask operator to open door to get on unit to conduct inspection. Operator claimed that they had just gotten inspected last week. Asked operator for proof of inspection since last inspection appeared to be in December and operator said that they had the report at their house. Then operator wanted person on phone to come to help translate but person was 30+ minutes away. Discussed with operator through person on phone that mobile unit would require 3 inspections per year and if it got a certain number of ineffective visits that permit could be closed.
