Inspection conducted at Mobile Food Office. Inspection report printed and provided at time inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection.Please correct the following prior to approval of the permit:1) Wastewater tank is leaking. Please ensure that wastewater tank does not leak.2) Hot water measured at 80*F. Please ensure that hot water is between 100*F-110*F3) Freshwater inlet did not have cap. Please ensure that freshwater inlet is capped to prevent contamination. 4) Observed rough and missing surface in several areas where handwashing station is located.
