Inspector's notes

Observed container of milk with an internal temperature of 50*f in reach-in cooler. PIC did not have generator turned on at time of inspection and turned it on. Discussed importance of keeping TCS foods on ice or refrigerated to ensure temperature is maintained below 41*F. PIC placed milk on ice to rapidly chill.
