Inspector's notes

Observed bags of condensed milk and a container of caramel stored in a small storage room that is equipped with a toilet and hand sink. Informed PIC that food cannot be stored in the bathroom. PIC moved the food at time of inspection. Discussed with PIC that all food used for the establishment must be stored on the cart. Inspector will review with team. Food may not be stored in the following rooms: Locker, toilet, dressing, garbage, mechanical rooms; under non-shielded sewer lines, leaking water lines, stairwells, any other contamination source. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed single-service cups and lids stored inside a small storage room that is a bathroom not currently in use. Informed PIC that single-use items may not be stored in the rest room. PIC removed and properly stored that single-service items at time of inspection. Single service and single-use articles may not be stored in locker rooms; in toilet rooms; in garbage rooms; in mechanical rooms; under sewer lines that are not shielded to intercept potential drips; under leaking water lines including leaking automatic fire sprinkler heads or under lines on which water has condensed; under open stairwells; or under other sources of contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
