Inspector's notes

Observed ground beef patties in refrigeration unit at 50*F in covered containers. Cold hold of food to be 41*F or lower. As per the owner, the slider beef patties were prepared approximately 30 minutes prior to the inspection starting. Ice was added around burgers to rapidy cool in refrigeration unit. Advised owner to place ice in the refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to below 41*F prior to adding any food into unit to cool. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
