Inspector's notes

Observed the chlorine sanitizer solution in the three-compartment sink measured less than 50 ppm when tested. Discussed with the operator that the chlorine sanitizer solution must measure between 50 ppm-100 ppm for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Operator corrected by adding chlorine to the solution. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
