Observed the water at the hand-washing sink less then 100 degrees F. Discussed with operator that the hand-washing sink must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F and must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Operator corrected by heating up hot water for the hand wash station. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
