Inspector's notes
At time of inspection, observed no hand wash station. Per person in charge the temporary hand wash station was in their personal vehicle. Person in charge was able to provide a hand wash station during the inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed multiple agua frescas (horchata, cucumber lemonade, mango pinapple and blueberry lemonade) for service. Per person in charge the agua frescas were made in a personal home kitchen. All food and beverages must be obtained from an approved source as defined by law. All agus frescas from unapproved source was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
