Observed wet wiping cloths stored on top of cutting boards. PIC stored wet wiping cloths in chlorine sanitizing solution. Advised PIC that all wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
