Inspector's notes
Observed multiple utensils with food debris stored inside receptable with noticeable food debris at the bottom. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Per PIC, utensils and all other food surfaces cleaned by cleaning crew in the afternoons/evening each day. PIC has been notified to require higher standards from cleaning crew in order to gain compliance by next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
