If a screen door is installed, a minimum 16 mesh per square inch is required. PIC was notified that a barrier, either door or a screen, shall be installed to satisfy MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 8g(1).Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.Educated PIC that waste water disposal is to only take place at Commissary. Per PIC, waste water is dumped at sites of operation after service.

Per PIC, PIC has CFPM certificate but does not readily have access to it at time of inspection. PIC is notified to keep CFPM on unit during all times of operation going forward. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Per MCEHC, mobile units are required to record commissary visits via the Commissary Visits Log as confirmation that proper sources are used for receiving fresh water, disposing of waste water, etc. PIC was notified to keep Commissary Visits Logs on the unit during all times of operation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 5e - Mobile food establishments serving time/temperature control for safety foods shall maintain a log of visits to the approved commissary or food service establishment as required by this Department. This log shall be maintained using a Department approved format and maintained with the establishment at all times. The logs shall be maintained for a period of 30 days and should be available for review by the Department.
