Inspector's notes

Vendor was using a near by building to store food. It had refrigerators. Vendor was educated that everything must be stored on the unit or at the commissary. Vendor moved the food products to the unit to correct. MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 7c, 8e, 9f - The name of the establishment shall be plainly indicated on sides and rear of the exterior of the vehicle in letters of contrasting colors at least three inches high with a minimum of 3/8 inch wide. When more than one permit is issued with the same business name to the same permittee, the vehicle number shall also be plainly indicated with the business name. Addl Notes: Business name is absent on the unit. Provide the business name on both sides and the rear of the unit. MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 5b - Mobile food establishments shall operate from an approved commissary or other food service establishment as required by this Department, and shall report at least daily to such location for supplies, food storage, vehicle and equipment cleaning, waste disposal, and service operations. Addl Notes: When asked for commissary visits logs they were unable to provide them. I gave them a blank commissary visits log to maintain and show to the inspector.

Inspector's notes

Please ensure business name is one both sides and the rear of mobile food unit. The photos provided in pre-operational attestation were missing the business name. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
