Observed employee open a package of raw hamburger directly with gloves hands and place burgers onto grill with tongs. Gloves were contaminated in process. Employee conducted grill operations, plating cooked burgers and handling cheese, pickles, and buns directly for order without changing gloves or washing hands. Discussed proper use of raw tongs and handling raw meats with PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
