If planning to use a commissary that is not listed in the commissary agreement list, obtain written approval from that corresponding local jurisdiction (water & wastewater department) to properly discharge wastewater. As of 9/9/26, City of Peoria denied use of FD-57673 Union Coffee as commissary due to inadequate grease trap. Operator must obtain a new commissary agreement with an approved facility prior to re-inspection on 9/30/26. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
