Observed main walk in holding TSC food ( shredded lettuce, baby carrots, milk cartons) at 46*F (using probe thermometer) at time of inspection. Person in charge stated they had taken temperatures of the food in the walk in a few minutes prior to the inspection temping at 41*F. Person in charge placed ice on food and refrigeration tech was able to get the unit temperature down to 41*F at time of inspection. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection

Person in charge called technician at time of inspection and was able to get the unit down to 41*F at time of inspection.
