During inspection observed food debris/residue located on floor & the wall of the walk in cooler. Per the person in charge the specified areas will be cleaned. Please ensure to maintain the physical facility clean at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.11 - Core: Repairing -Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Addl Notes: During inspection observed some wall strips near the entrance of the facility to be partially broken. In a second instance observed exposed dry wall around the door frame that leads into the warehouse area. The person in charge stated the wall strips & exposed dry wall would be repaired, covered, and sealed. Please ensure that all floors, walls, and ceilings are maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
