Core-3-304.14, C: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation. Observed wiping cloth in sanitizer bucket containing <150ppm quat sanitizer. Had person in charge re-make sanitizer and dispenser is producing 150ppm quat (within manufacturer specifications). Discussed contacting chemical company to adjust concentration, and testing/changing sanitizer often to ensure proper concentration is used. Correct By: Correct Prior To Next Routine Inspection
