Inspector's notes
Observed half and half and French vanilla creamer to have an internal temperature of 51*F. Cold holding dispenser unit digital thermometer read 53*F and min/max thermometer read a minimum temperature of 46*F. Person in charge was unsure how long creamers had been out of temperature. Person in charge will not use unit until repaired. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
