Must provide parasite destruction letter from supplier prior to re-inspection. Provide a current letter from supplier. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. PIC provided a current parasite destruction letter.

Observed in the grill area sides of grills, pans and underneath prep tables alongside of the grill with heavy soil accumulation. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Develop a cleaning schedule for these areas.

Observed facility with heavy soil accumulation underneath ice dispenser, unused equipment, rear prep area where bulk food storage bins are located, in the back of reach in coolers, alongside of the walk-in cooler, inside walk in cooler underneath shelves, and underneath grill area. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Develop a cleaning schedule to address these areas. By properly cleaning the facility you will prevent pest and rodents.
